Please include your name, order number, reason for return and photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you change your mind or no longer want an item, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address. In some cases, this address may be located with our fulfilment partner or supplier in China. Any return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:
